I don't remember...

I don't know if I ever posted this or not, but its something I made several times and got pretty rave reviews from my friends.

Stuff you'll need:
1 Packet of ranch mix
1 package of chicken, thawed and cut up into chunks
1 bottle of hot sauce
Lemon Juice
Garlic glove

In a small pan (8x8?) place a small amount of water. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pour the packet of ranch into a plastic bag and add bits of chicken in, make sure its well coated and then distribute evenly in the pan. Place in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes. While its baking (about 15 minutes into the baking) in a small pot pour in a cup of hot sauce and turn the heat on low. Dice the clove of garlic and add it to the hot sauce. Pour in a small amount of lemon juice (to your liking) and bring the heat to medium-low. If it starts to bubble reduce heat and stir...when you remove the pan add the sauce and place back inside the oven for another 15-20 minutes. When it comes out add your cheese, whatever you like and allow it to melt then serve. You can fix some um... biscuits... toast...something toasted or that crumbles and place it on, its really good. You can also make a simple mix to top it with which I got from Rachel Ray which is just some sour creame and blue cheese (crumble). I'll take a picture sometime. It doesn't look that great but everyone thought it tasted good... Im usually a throw whatever in and hope for the best type girl.
